Scheduling a Group Tour- Group tours must be paid for, and scheduled, in advance; group tours are scheduled according to staff and docent availability. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled visit.
Group Tour Fees – Group Tour fees are calculated in advance and are based on the number of people that we are asked to prepare for; an invoice will be generated listing the amount due. Please note that Group Tour fees must make a minimum down payment in advance; the tour will not be scheduled until down payment is received. The remaining balance may be paid on the day of your visit. Group Tour fees may be paid by check, cash, or credit card. Checks should be made payable to “Annmarie Garden.”
Cancelation Policy for Group Tours (non-school groups): Cancelation notification must be received at least 7 business days prior to the tour date; a $20 processing fee will be retained from the refund.
How long does it take to tour Annmarie?
Typically, a group tour lasts 1.5 – 3 hours, but shorter visits are possible. A 1.5 -3 hour visit might include an activity or tour in the Arts Building followed by a walk along the Wooded Path (handicap accessible). Most of the outdoor sculpture is displayed along this path. Creative programs and activities can be built into any element of your tour. Most tours also include a lunch break – we have plenty of eating space, both inside and outside. Please let us know how much time you have to spend with us and we will help you schedule your time.
