Calvert County Government to Close August 4

2020-08-03

Due to Hurricane Isaias

The Calvert County Board of County Commissioners has announced that county government offices will be closed Tuesday, August 4, due to Hurricane Isaias. The Calvert County Circuit Court will also be closed.

Essential personnel should report as established by their supervisors or should contact supervisors for further instruction.

It is important to stay informed through official channels, as information may change rapidly. The county has launched a hurricane resource center on its website to share the latest updates, guidance and resources in response to Hurricane Isaias. Residents, employees and media are encouraged to regularly monitor the page and use the resources available at www.CalvertCountyMd.gov/Hurricane.

Updates will continue to appear on the Calvert County Government website, www.CalvertCountyMd.gov, and Facebook page at www.facebook.com/CalvertCountyMd.
