3rd Trophy RockfishGreenwell Fishing Coach Scores Third Trophy Rockfish for Season

Phil Zalesak of Tall Timbers shows off and weighs in his catch from this past Saturday, May 2nd, at the Tackle Box in Lexington Park.  This is his third trophy fish for the season.  The 48 inch, 40 pound rockfish was caught on a chartreuse daisy chain in the Lower Potomac in about 40 feet of water.

Zalesak teaches fishing skills to children 7 – 12 years old as part of the Greenwell Foundation summer camp program.   Information regarding the availability of Greenwell fishing camps may be found at www.greenwellfoundation.org.
