Small business owners are the economic engine of the State of Maryland. After all, it is small businesses that help to make cities & towns vibrant places to live, work, and raise a family.
However, many Maryland elected officials look at small business owners with envy and contempt. There’s no doubt that Annapolis politicians do not make it easy to own & operate a business in Maryland.
Nonetheless, small business men & women second mortgage their homes, deal with ever-burdensome regulations, and ever-increasing taxes – yet they risk everything for an opportunity of a better life.
Here’s to a culture of innovation & entrepreneurship. Happy National Small Business Week – THANK YOU!
