The ERC is pleased to announce that Jamie Angus, Human Resources Aide, was selected as the December 2019 Employee of the Month.
The Employee of the Month award acknowledges individual excellence for superior job performance and/or special individual efforts that go above and beyond the employee’s normal job duties. The categories for recognition are: quality of work, respect of fellow employees, effectiveness of public contact, contributions toward improving organizational morale, quantity of work, and/or actions that improve the public image of County Government.
Early in 2019, the Board of County Commissioners Office experienced significant staffing changes. Jamie stepped in as a floater and quickly learned the duties of the Executive Administrative Aide. She handled multiple administrative functions and trained the new Executive Administrative Aide, while picking up the duties of the BOCC Clerk until that position was filled in May. She worked diligently to update the TRIM program. Through all this, Jamie displayed a positive, helpful attitude. Jamie continues to be a valuable support for the BOCC office.
Jamie was recognized by the BOCC (Board of County Commissioners) at their January 7th meeting.
