Greater Tuna Auditions

2015-06-28

New DirectionNew Direction Community Theater will hold auditions July 7, 8 and 11 for its fall production of Greater Tuna, which will be presented this Fall at the Long Beach Community Center. The cast calls for two men, any age, who are up to the challenge of playing multiple parts.

Auditions are Tuesday, July 7 at the Fairview Library and Wednesday, July 8 at the Solomons Library (both at 6:30-8 p.m.), and at the Solomons Library on Saturday, July 11, 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. For more information on auditions, contact director DiDi Olney at didi.olney@gmail.com.

Greater Tuna is set in the fictional town of Tuna, Texas, the “third-smallest” town in the state, and is at once an affectionate comment and a satire on small-town Southern life and attitudes.
