Mason Sentenced to One Year in Jail, Followed By 3 Years Unsupervised Probation

tencedOn July 6, 2022, tencedtentencingof Prince Frederick, was sentenced to 1 year, suspended down to 90 days incarceration, followed by 3 years of unsupervised probation for the offense of driving while impaired.

In imposing the sentence, Judge Robert N. Wilcox, of the District Court of Maryland, noted that it was Mr. Mason’s third alcohol-related incident and that it involved an accident.

At the time of the incident, Mr. Mason was an off-duty Calvert County Sheriff’s deputy.

He has since resigned his position.
