Lisa was born in Montgomery County, moved to Calvert County when she was 9 years old and has worked for Calvert County Government for 32 years. As a human resources analyst, Lisa administers the tuition reimbursement program and the Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and non-CDL drug and alcohol testing programs. She also oversees the Calvert County training program. The theme of this year’s trainings is “Refresh, Renew, Reset!” During trainings, Lisa enjoys meeting and getting to know her fellow employees. Lisa also works on special projects, including conducting salary surveys and implementing a new NeoGov module.
“Being able to provide the necessary training to employees helps improve employee satisfaction and morale, Lisa said. Employees become more efficient and motivated, which in turn makes Calvert County Government the best it can be!”
Lisa graduated from Calvert High School and is working to obtain a human resources management degree. Prior to her current position, Lisa was an executive administrative assistant to the county administrator.
Lisa loves spending time with family, friends and her pug. She also enjoys traveling, cooking and going to the beach. Thank you for all that you do, Lisa.
