The vocal ensemble PING of St. Mary’s College of Maryland will present a brief concert in the Reconstructed Chapel of Historic St. Mary’s City on Saturday, April 22 at 4:00 pm. Admission is free and open to the public.
The concert will feature music from various ages from the 16th Century to the present. Under the direction of Professor Larry Vote, PING is a group of specially chosen singers dedicated to achieving excellence in choral performance.
In the past month they have performed at Washington National Cathedral, and with pianist Brian Ganz, during the St.Anne’s Concert series in Annapolis, Maryland.
Attendees for the April 22 concert should park in the Visitors Center Parking Area, and advised to check in at the Visitor Center prior to walking to the Chapel.
